JERGExchange brings together Jewish ERG and Jewish Staff Network leaders for events centred around speakers, networking drinks and shared learning. It is led by a committee of Jewish Staff Network leaders who are planning a series of events, the first of which will take place in Q1 2027.

JERGExchange is an initiative of Jhive.

Jhive is a registered charity delivering independent support for Jewish inclusion at organisations across the UK and overseas, including Jewish cultural competence workshops, antisemitism training and independently facilitated Jewish employee listening sessions.

Jhive also provides support and guidance to Jewish Employee Resource Group leaders and those aspiring to lead, as well as to HR and EDI staff.
